Disappointing Experience with the Trial Period

I signed up for Sellvia's trial period with the intention of testing their service before deciding whether to continue. As requested, I provided my banking information for payment after the trial period ended.
Unfortunately, Sellvia charged me before the trial period was even over, which I find unacceptable. This gives the impression of a lack of transparency, if not a misleading practice. I am very disappointed with this experience and I hope they will take responsibility to correct the situation.
