sell.app is withholding customer funds after payment. There is no working support: emails are ignored, the live chat is always offline, and Telegram blocks users after they message. The "Tickets" portal only shows existing tickets and provides no option to create a new ticket. The platform refuses responsibility and directs customers to "contact the seller", but the seller has no reachable contact method. This results in financial loss and no dispute resolution
