SelectSpecs are THE best for online services. Easy to order, fantastic prices abd very quick delivery. I live in Malta and have just received my latest pair. Really happy with them. Didn't take long for delivery. Excellent service all round. Well done SelectSpecs.

It's been 3 months and still haven't received my order. Don't bother with this company their customer support is really bad too. It's not worth the stress to save a few $$$.

No Specs Ordered from this company Now or Ever…
I Was shocked to find in my email an Order for this company when i never placed same. As a pensioner I get free mine free. Raised a ticket cant email as its a send out junk no reply service they use 4/5 days for a reply. Phoned them operator did not make any headway. Breach of my personal privicy. Who placed this order? Have been waiting 5 weeks for glasses. Each time I phone - am told will be delivered next week! Told them I want a refund - they ignored request.
Order placed and paid for June 23rd 2020. Here we are July 31st 2020 and still no sign of them. Company claims the order was completed July 16th (what took them so long!?) and put in mail the next day. I paid for fast delivery, but hey, what do they care? I guess I'm out the cash.

Saw the advert on tv so decided to order a simple pair of reading glasses for £6. Plus postage I made sure that I attached my latest prescription from my optician to my order to ensure there could be no confusion. My glasses arrived and the prescription was incorrect, I sent them an email I have replied. Personally, I wouldn't go near this company again, if they can't get a simple order right, then there's no hope with anything more complicated.
I am now the proud owner of 2 glasses, one for driving and a pair of sunglasses for the price of £60. Both glasses are really lovely and the quality is fabulous. I cannot recommend this company enough. The service was excellent and the customer service quick, efficient and genuinely helpful... no waiting on the phone either to speak to someone. I am really happy with my purchase and every stage of the process was great. This was all achieved whilst in lockdown so I am particularly impressed. Thanks super super selectspecs! PS... I can't always be bothered to write reviews but his company is worth it.
