I love this company. I had a concern about a product I purchased at a retailer. When I emailed the company, they responded so fast. They took the information, and responded back within a couple of hours. They also offered a replacement if I wanted.
The customer service person I was emailing was super nice and knowledgeable.
He answered my questions, made me feel better and replaced the product. It arrived in a few days. Outstanding!
