I received my order as promised. Everything was the size requested. It took me a couple weeks to install, as it was a large project. The week after I stallation we closed the blinds for the first time. One would not go back up. I did the customer chat and was told to send a video to the text ( a video of the cellular blind not opening?) OK, so I did. I have gotten approximately 5 texts asking for the order number, and requesting patience. The last one was 2 days ago saying they were waiting for a response from production which typically takes 23 to 48 hours. Hmmm. All I want to know is. Is there a way to fix this, or is it a warranty issue?

Ordered shades to the exact measurements I needed. They were cut smaller and the company refused to acknowledge that. Warranty is useless.

The install is amazingly simple and you'll be a pro by your second window. Measuring 5 times over it absolutely worth it as they'll fit your window like a glove. Both times I purchased this window I installed them inside the window frame for a clean and seamless look. The fact that there aren't any cords or strings hanging loose is a great comfort that the kids won't get tangled in them.

The turn around time was quick. Install was east. The results are beautiful. I ordered two sets of Roman Shades and I am in love with them!

Black out shades for two new windows cut into guest room exterior wall. Part of renovation of a 30 year old beach property in Central California.

I like the quality of the shade. It works well however, the shade is so tight and it hasn't relaxed over a month that it doesn't stay down completely so I have a couple of inches of sunlight that peeks through. Next time I will know to order at least 3 inches longer so it doesn't pop back up.
