I was referred to selectblinds by a close friend and was initially happy with the first set I got, so I ended up buying sets for every room of the house. Unfortunately, not long after installing them, I noticed how poor quality the blinds are. Some don't close perfectly, some have rough edges where you could see they were sloppily cut.
Things got worse every time I had to deal with customer service. Multiple times, the representative didn't even understand how the blinds worked and gave completely incorrect directions.
Between the incompetence of customer support and the poor quality blinds, it's one of the worst companies I've ever worked with.
We have a bedroom door the previous owners installed with a clear glass window. It really needed a blackening blind that was a custom fit. Easy to use website, husband hung the blind in less than 20 mins and we are set.
The shade is about 1 inch less wide than the bracket so for an inside mount, there's a god sized gap. Also the roller does not open/close well at all.

Easy to order from and easy to understand the site
Great customer service so far. Daniel was very helpful getting me the best promotion and modifying my saved cart.
I love the blinds I ordered. They are the third order I've placed with Select Blinds and they are great everytime.
This is our second order with the company. Always easy and fast delivery.
Their website was easy to use and they have a large selection of colors. When I needed a few more center mounts, they had no issue sending them to me with no charge. Will use them again and will recommend.
The blinds came in when the installers opened the boxes all three zebra blinds were ripped at the lower corners, sent pictures of the damaged blinds and only can text with someone that could not help me get a refund not even a call back from customer service.

Easy and straight forward! The blinds are great just as I expected and arrived quickly.
There is a lot of information on the website and it does take some time to sort thru all options available. My issue is that our windows only have 3/4" mounting width and this made it difficult to find what would work. However, I was able to pick the right products( for 8-9 windows) and am happy with the ease of installation and quality of the blinds.
Easy process, and the samples y'all sent me were VERY helpful to get my purchase decision made. Thank you!
Excellent products with complete guidance for ordering, good communication throughout the process, and simple installation. Note that these are made to order in China and shipped by air to you, but it takes more than a week and as a result, not a very earth-friendly process.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
