I love my William Morris Strawberry Thief Roman shades. The fabric and workmanship are beautiful. They were easy to install and arrived quickly.
I ordered a larger sized roller blind in a neutral Gray color. This shade does a good job blocking out light. I expected the surface to have a more subdued matte texture but it is shiny and stiff. The mechanism is touchy while retracting and often stops before it has rolled up to completion. I feel like I spent a lot on this and was hoping for a higher quality.

I've placed a few orders with Select Blinds in past years and was satisfied, so I placed a new order for several of the Trishade cellulars in my new house. They came in a timely manner and I was given the discount that was in effect when I ordered the samples. We had a problem with one of them and customer service worked with us to get a new one remade. We are very happy with the new shades!

One of the many blinds I ordered, Select Blind, was sent the wrong size. When I asked to replace it, they requested proof despite the fact I spent over $3000.00 for a $178 accused for the fabrication. And for me was hard to make the measurement took the video and picture. Besides, the quality of the blinds could be better compared to the charges.

Overall a fairly good experience with shopping. Filters helped a lot, and samples essential. Measuring was fairly easy for interior blinds, but pay attention to depth of window. 1 1/4 inches is minimum, but only allows using one of 2 screws in mounting brackets. I wish they had option of brackets with side by side screws for shallower windows vs. front/back screws. 2 screws will be more secure than only one.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
