The blinds we received are nice, but one of them had a small tear in it. It's not terribly noticeable, but it's a shame.

It's a solid blind for the price. But wish the bottom frame piece was made of a heavier duty material. It feels like it's plastic which flexes and I'm worried will bend over time. Had issues with getting it to stay down, but, was able to get a quick fix via chat which was nice.

I ordered a replacement shade for a bedroom. I ordered the new one right from my cell phone, easy peasy, and it was delivered timely. Perfect match to the old one, as always a great place to shop.

I called selectblinds and spoke with AJ. She walked me through the whole process, easy as pie. The shades actually came in before we were ready for them so point there! However they truly were not easy too install. The new brackets that are provided are cumbersome to mark to screw in place correctly. Also be sure to pull the Velcro down on top so the brackets won't show. They could have put that in the instructions, it would've saved us some time. So we get the shades up and then there's this funny looking thing that holds the chain pull. I can't figure why they don't just use a hook. Also difficult to hold the thing in place while screwing it in. All around the shade's were difficult to install. I would give the shades a 7 and installation a 2.
They are too small can I exchange them? They are too narrow.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

Delivered early, couldn't be happier with them. Slightly difficult to put up, but that honestly could have just been because of the space we were using, still did it all in an hour and a half!
We have many large windows with passive solar design. Insulated blinds keep the cold out. I replaced this blind because of the age. We live in New Mexico and the sun kills everything over time.
