There was a manufacturing issue with my vertical blinds. The rod required to be re-ordered/re-made. Although added several weeks onto what I anticipated would be installed & functioning in my family room, Select Blinds shipped replacement out with understanding & most helpful way!
I thought this was the same company I used for 3 mini wood blinds I ordered a couple of years ago. I was wrong and I'm very disappointed my Roman shades.

I chose select blinds because they had such a good reputation. When I got on the site I put the exact measurements in as instructed. These blinds were so easy to put in and fit so perfectly I did 10 in about an hour. I plan on ordering two more. Thanks.

We ordered 3 blinds to start with and loved them, so ordered for the rest of the house as well. I only wish I had made more of them the kind that also pull down from the top.

I placed an order to select blinds nearly 4 weeks ago. And using the help section and trying to track does not provide any information on where my order is. I was given the suggestion/response that I could reach out to FedEx for more information.… I'm not going to do that.
