I keep tracking it, and sure enough, it's progressing through the manufacturing process and shipping, and finally 6 days ago it shipped. But 26+ days it's just crazy.

The blinds arrived we great. This is my third time ordering from them and I have liked them all three times. My issue was when I ordered, the discount was 40%, however the next day, it went to 50%. I received several more offers at 50%. I called customer service and asked for ar
Refund for the difference which the agent said she couldn't do. She told me they didn't over 50% which isnt true and I showed her the multiple 50% offers I had received. I asked for a manager which she refused to put on even after numerous times of me asking. She said a manager would call me back, which they never did. Sooo disappointing

Broken again

The black out came broken again! The black out it self it is awesome! But I think the delivery handle the box wrong or to hard broken the pieces! One of the little caps on the sides came broken again!
