Original order Motorized blind didn't work. Customer service walked us through troubleshooting. When that didnt work. They shipped us a new blind. The new blind works like a dream. Thank you

Worked well for us

Good quality, easy to install for about a dozen windows. We explored many options for a few months including custom pro installation and looking for holiday specials. Ultimately SelectBlinds had the same options and were able to get something like 50% off - not just from their own prices but also compared to everyone else's. We'd definitely recommend.

Order form not clear. I thought I was ordering hanging blinds, not ones inside the window frame. I inquired to get brackets to hang them. Was told was not possible. Could not return.

Fairly good product

The product does not look sleek or expensive, but it was expensive. Seems to work well. The instructions to install were not really clear, but we figured it out. I missed ght buy again, but the market for this product needs some better players.

I was nervous about measuring but it was okay. I got the no-drill shades but I did find the site a bit confusing. I wasn't sure if that's what I was actually ordering and if they really didn't require a drill. Sounds stupid but we can't all be good at everything. Lol.

After hanging in the window for almost four months, the shade has now fallen out twice. It's above out standalone tub and the shade is bulky enough to hit the faucet and turn the water on. We rarely open the shade so I'm not sure why after four months, it's decided to not work. Waste of money.

We have now placed 2 orders & love our blinds. It was easy to reorder, as the history showed our last order from years ago & the window measurements were still stored. The old blinds were still in great condition and have been re-purposed elsewhere. We renovated & bought new ones. Everyone asks how we were able to afford such expensive window treatments. They were shocked to find out the great prices on this site. We ordered one of the windows that was larger than the rest, which came with a remote control. Our only regret was that we did not do the same for all the windows. It allowed us to download an app & I can open & close the blinds on this window from my phone. A great feature when we are not home.

Legacy Light Filtering Cellulars —Continuous Cord Loop Top Down Bottom Up
The website ordering experience was well thought out, logical and helpful in making the buying process easy. The quality and look of the blinds is great and the shipping experience was easy and well documented. My only criticism is on this new continuous cord loop design you have to have the tension and mounting bracket set exactly correct or the cord "locks" up. I'm not sure if it is a safety design but inside the bottom loop mechanism two metal points engage and lock the cords. This "locking" feature did not seem to be part of previous designs and it is frustrating to work with.
