They were very easy to install and they look very nice

I have ordered quite a few sets of blinds and have always been happy but in this case I am extremely disappointed. There are huge gaps around every side of this blind and when I measure them they're not even the same size I ordered. I am now installing curtains to at least cover up the side gaps but there's nothing I can do to make these lower to the window sill. I am so saddened and since I'm older, it took me a very long time to install these so it's not as simple as dismantling them and sending them back. I still have 4 more windows including a huge from room to do and now I'm second guessing ordering again.

Every roller shade fit perfect in each window we ordered for.

I received single cell when I ordered double cell blinds. Since I am traveling I will have to wait two months to get the correct ones. I am concerned that everything will work out right particularly as I was promised a confirmation email which I have not received.

Great products, easy ordering and the installation is no problem at all! This was for above my washer and dryer. 54 inches wide…and it was no problem to install it!

I ordered three skylight blinds. I've installed window blinds previously and I like to consider myself somewhat handy, but holy crap figuring out the way to install the first skylight blind was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Maybe it's my fault for being cheap and not springing for automatics. Those little side things that slide on the rail are a nightmare to keep on and the instructions were generally mediocre. Second and third weren't so bad after I got the hang, and overall they look pretty good. Recommend if you are generally handy, have patience, and/or are a masochist.

Order white woven blinds. They came fast and perfectly cut. Fantastic blinds exactly as I pictured and wanted. I will order from the company again soon!

Took me a while to figure out how to install the skylight blind because the instructions were poorly written. I had to make shims to accommodate the slightly too narrow blinds also. The plastic guide piece should solidly snap into the end rail because it slips out far too easily. I don't move my manual blind for that reason.
Overall, I'm happy with my light filtering skylight blind

I like that they are easy to install. I love the top down bottom up shades.

The original order came quickly which was great. However one motorized blind does not work. We filed a warranty claim and responses have been slow. When they do respond, they keep telling us to try things we've already tried. What good is having a warranty if you're not going to honor it or make it this difficult and time consuming. We've had a shade for 2 weeks now that we not been able to raise. That is a big problem since we're renting the house out soon and have upcoming guests.

Just what I ordered. They were easy to install And the color is perfect.

Replaced cordless blinds that were old and had started to lose their spring because we didn't open them very often. Good customer support made new ones fit without hardware adjustment.

Good quality honeycombs. Ordered 11; 4 wand, 7 remote. All but one wanded worked. It was promptly replaced once they realized it was not salvageable (which took about 3 weeks to determine). I would buy, without hesitation, from them again.

So easy to order blinds. I ordered for my son's house a few years back and they are so nice, fit the windows perfect!

The no-drill no-cord Roman shades were so easy to install. Literally took me 5 minutes to install two sets of blinds. The no-cords operation is smooth and simple. They are a beautiful addition to my dining room.

Programming the remote was super easy.
