Best blinds all around

When I found Select Blinds, they were offering a BOGO sale. I of course went home and measured all my windows. The next day the sale was off, so I called and they gave me the sale price. I ordered 4 blinds and got 4 free. They came in when expected and are beautiful. They keep out more light than my previous mini blinds. The lady on the phone was phenomenal when ordering and I will definitely order from them again!

Busted package and broke blinds

The box was split in half but taped back together and the top track and bottom track in the blinds were cracked in half as well. We got a full refund. The blinds in general were thinner than expected and even adjusting them was absurd with having to lower them and twist the bottom track… wish we had the cords.

We found th experience to be very straightforward. Measuring was simple. Product came fast. Installation was probably the most challenging. The end result is exactly what we wanted. Top down bottom up blinds work great and look great. We would def order again.

So disappointed with my curtains

I ordered blackout curtains for two bedrooms last month. I followed the measurement instructions, watched the video a few times, and triple checked my numbers before ordering. Of note, the measurement video that is now on the website is different from the one I saw in August. The one I saw suggested adding 4-8 inches to each curtain for a "fuller look", where now it suggests doubling the length of the window to achieve that. My curtains are way too small for my windows. They look foolish and don't make my bedroom dark. I obviously would not have ordered blackout curtains that didn't provide a "fuller look", because that is clearly the point. When I complained I was told the curtains are non refundable and it's my fault. I expected this response but it's still very upsetting because obviously I would have measured them differently had the instructions been more clear.

Great customer service.

I had a shade that needed replacing, but it was a few months out of the warranty period, so I called to see what they could do. They were able to find my last order and give me a great price! I thought the shade would take weeks to come in but it arrived in just a few days. Great company to buy from!
