I had some hard to find sizes. The custom sizes I got from you fit perfectly. They also came in a timely fashion.
I can't comment on the quality of the blinds as I haven't received them yet. I ordered them around the first of September, it's now October 5 and they haven't been shipped yet. So I guess you could say I'm disappointed in them so far.
From order placement to installation, everything was so easy to do! They were also very helpful when needed! I'd definitely order again! Very economical!
The blinds I bought ended up breaking while I was trying to install them. They turned out to be a smidge larger than what I ordered. I put in a warranty claim and sent pictures but customer care just said that the manufacturer said the blind was ok.
I would avoid this company at all costs. Customer care doesn't care about customers. They were particularly unhelpful and I ended up wasting $240

2 sets of my blinds came too short MADE WRONG and I payed the warranty fee. Well their solution was to steam the blinds as if that were to change the fact they are made wrong and too short.

My fault I measured wrong but I paid the 5.00 for that and select blinds were u able to replace. I plan on ordering them again at some point.
We had a pleasant experience. One thing I would suggest is to have a place for special instructions or requests.when we ordered I called and confirmed the length of the wand. I was told it would be 36 inches. I was also told to write in I wanted a 36 inch wand. There was no place to do that so they said any where is fine. The only convenient place was in the place for the blind like east wall etc. so that's where I entered it. The blind came with 18 inch wand. I called customer service and the had a longer one shipped to me. It was very easy to work with. But a special instructions note may have avoided the issue.
I had blinds in my house that were installed 3 1/2 years ago. I wanted the new ones to be the same. Since I couldn't remember the color I called customer service. They were extremely helpful and I ended up doing my order over the phone. They arrived quickly and even though I questioned my accuracy in measuring, they were perfect. My son and I installed them together after watching the video. Amazingly easy! I am very pleased with my new blinds!

I absolutely LOVE my new blinds. They fit perfectly and are extremely well made. Unlike most magnetically raised blinds, these can be pulled up or down very smoothly — they never get caught up or get crooked. Wish I could have them on all my windows!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
