Great quality french door curtain material. I just hoped the sticky tape would've been superior as well. It wasn't as sticky and the curtains have some weight to them—which can cause the tape to peel off surfaces prematurely.
I purchased blinds from your company two years ago and was extremely pleased, which is why I chose to order from you again when I recently needed new blinds. I ordered the exact same style as before, but the blinds I received arrived with headers framed in white, which looks awful against the dark brown blinds and does not match at all.
I contacted customer service regarding this issue and was disappointed to find that your support is now outsourced to India. In the past, your U.S.-based customer service provided far better assistance. I was told a complaint/case would be filed and reviewed, but after several weeks and multiple follow-up emails, I was informed that nothing would be done to replace the headers with ones that match the blinds.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a result, I will not be purchasing from your company again.
The roller shad arrived in good condition, all new and well packaged. Installation went well. Motorized rolling up/down function works well. But the shade itself is about 25 inches wide instead of the 26.5 inches I ordered. Still, it's in place though it is barely wide enough to cover the window.

The springs for the pressure installation are poor quality, so the blinds don't stay up. Useless product. Save your money and don't buy them.

These blackoutshades I ordered have an inside mount. The way the shades are produced the actual roller sits at least an inch From each side of thewindow frame, thus there is a fair amount of light that creeps around the edge of the shade. So although it helps a bit, it really doesn't black out the light.
If I had known this, I never would've ordered them. Be forewarned.

Easy to install and very beautiful blinds.
Sample was shipped quick so I was able to make a quick decision. Blinds were not shipped as indicated when order was placed but were received in great condition. I would order again despite the shipping snafu.

I purchased two black out shades and i gave you exact measurements. Verified by my husband. I am not pleased that they are a bit shorter on the sides that they should be, not quite wide enough.
I purchased 3 roller blinds for a bedroom. One of them the shade would not stay in. Every time we put it up it fell out so I called the company about it. I had to tell them what was wrong with it and send them a picture of it. They responded back to me and told me they were going to replace it. I received the new one and it works great. I'm very pleased that they replaced the broken one and happy with all of the roller shades I have purchased from them.
It was ok except for getting to the part where you pay and place your order.

We did receive notice but we had not expected the blinds to come from Viet Nam, through China, to Alaska, and finally all the way to Kentucky-with delays at all of these stops. It would be better to warn the customer that the blinds were being produced internationally and that delays can occur as the shipment passes through customs several times.

The blinds are kinda flimsy and were about a half inch shorter than we needed. My handman solved the issue so we did not have to send them back. I was expecting better quality.

I ordered 10 Premier Light-filtering Shades for the floor-to-ceiling windows in my physical therapy office. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. The top-down, bottom-up feature allows for as much privacy as needed, as well as insulation on cold mornings without losing the light. I'm very happy with these shades and hope they last a long time!
I measured the windows for blinds and they all fit. Perfect couldn't be happier.
I wish I did get a darker color though because the white lets in a lot of light.

I tried to find the exact shades I bought last time because they were perfect. These shades are lacking in measuring up to the first pair. They do not feel sturdy enough to last nearly as well. For example, when I pull them down they are always crooked. My first pair never did that. Also the plastic snap on handles are so clunky looking I actually took them off. I am not impressed with this set at all but they do the job. Please seek out more quality products for your customers. Thank you

Ordering was simple. Shipping was fast. Product quality was fine. The only downside was the brackets that were supplied were for a rear mount and not a side mount interior mount. Which isn't the way they used to be. So I had to buy the correct mounts and modify the blinds to fit the mounts that I could find locally.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
