Easy to use web site. Easy order placement and quick shipping. That all being said, as with most goods these days the quality is not what it used to be. Last blinds I purchased from Select Blinds lasted around 20 years. The new replacement blinds...we'll see.
The samples were a big help and the support in ordering our blinds was excellent. Once they arrived they were easy to install. The whole process was seem less and they look great.
We bought this blind as a replacement for a similar blind after a bathroom remodel. The top down bottom up option works perfectly in this space. We just installed this blind this weekend and couldn't be happier.

It was very simple to choose the blinds I wanted and enter the measurements and other features. When the blinds arrived they were simple to install.
I measure my window exactly and sent the numbers as requested. The blind is too short and not wide enough. Letting in way too much light. Looks terrible for spending $165 for a blind.
I ordered 5 items total - 3 blinds and 2 roller shade. The chain on 1 of the roller shades came broken, I requested a replacement via chat- (12/27) almost 2 weeks (1/9) later still no replacement so I followed up via phone and found that the order was never placed. In December when I called about the broken item I also inquired about getting brackets because the roller shades are too heavy for the "no drill" option. The shade gets pulled down with each tug of the chain. I was told I would have to pay for them- OK, but before I do I want to be assured the brackets would fit my window. Was told someone would call to confirm within 2 days. 2 weeks later-- still no call. With my third contact with select blinds via chat (1/16) i was told the chain would be mailed out on the 19th and the brackets would be mailed out on the 24th of January. So 1 item came broken and I have to replace the broken part once it arrives. I had to hire a handyman to install because the no drill bar I paid for didn't hold, and well over a month after receiving my order only 2 items have been installed. Lets see.
My advise. If you use SelectBlinds you might have a good shopping experience but you will not have a good customer service experience if you run into a problem.

Over the last couple of years we have bought 20 days different blinds from Select Blinds. Almost every room in our house. The ease of installation and fit has been exceptional.
Everything arrived with proper measurements and a higher quality than expected. I would shop with them again. Easy install and clear directions.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
