Hugh Russell order #******* received top down bottom up blind second try.
I have a white top down bottom up blind (the second one sent, first one was wrong color and wrong size & too wide)...
Firstly, there was a piece of sharp plastic jamed through the box. It looks like it did not damage the blind? Though 7" inches of the bottom honeycomb part was jammed inside the bottom metal bar just after I took it out of the bag.

Also the blind ordered 58 1/4" wide, it is now only 58 1/8" wide, that's only 1/8 of an inch less than what I ordered.
It should have been 57 7/8" or 58" inches wide!? NOTE: It just fits and is a bit tight.
I'm going to install it and see how the honeycomb looks.
It was very hard to put three brackets up and have it all meet up level with putting in the new blind which did not work so I had to take out Center bracket and only have two brackets where the handles are and it looks pretty good.
I hate installing anything, but these blinds were so easy to install and they're way better than I thought for a really, really big window. Love it, and I will order from this company again when I work on.'s in my home easy instructions to measure and install anybody can do it even me!
I ordered from Select Blinds many years ago so I decided to use them again to dress my office window. The cellular shade fits perfect, no haste installation with a new snap in feature & the color is beautiful. Excellent quality at a very affordable price. Looking forward to receiving the blinds I ordered for my kitchen & living room.
Impossible to get ahold of them and when I did they did not resolve the issue. I ordered Roman Blinds and they shipped the wrong fabric. It been weeks and I'm STILL TRYING TO RESOLVE THEIR

I called several times to find out when my order would come and got no response. After weeks, I 'talked' with someone or something on chat, and after I said that I think I have been scammed, the blinds showed up at my door a week or so later. There just seemed to be no one around and no way to reach anyone. They arrived much later than the website said they would be shipped, unless they are made in China and that is considered the ship date. Now that I finally have them, I like them, but it was a hassle to try to find out anything.

My husband and I moved into our new home and needed to buy window treatments for all our windows. We did the bedrooms from Home Depot because we need treatments in there right away. They were double the price. We have ordered all the rest of our blinds from this company and our 1000% satisfied.
I placed an order and realized I picked the wrong color. I sent an email to this effect and was told it was up to the manufacturing part; that a request was sent to them to change the color to white. I waited two days for a response. I was eventually told that since you didn't hear from me the order was placed. I'm very confused since one of the surveys responses was "order was cancelled". I have ordered ten blinds from you. I recommended you to my daughter and a neighbor. I don't think my request was handled properly. Yes. The blinds I have no use for arrived in good condition.
Fit was good, when I depressed the lever to engage the spring the plastic lever broke off a piece of plastic making it unusable (must have had the fit too tight)? Anyway, took the metal mounting brackets off the now useless headrail and mounted the blind per usual brackets screwed into window jamb.

I've ordered several times from Select Blinds. Very easy to do business with. Great website, they make selecting and sizing the binds simple. Great quality, easy installation. I would highly recommend.
Everything turned out great with our blinds and shades. The measuring was much simpler than we expected and we had no issues installing them ourselves. We would buy from SelectBlinds again!

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
