Poor nonfunctioning miniblind design
August 29, 2020
I purchased four very wide mini blinds, 76"w and 96"w. The tilt mechanism is unable to withstand the tilting rotation thus limiting rotation to half of the distance or çircle. Customer service ignored my related requests to communicate with a tech.
