This site is a rip-off. I've been an on and off subscriber for a few years, and while it started off okay it has really gone downhill the last few years. The vast majority of women are scammers, undercover escorts, or suffering from mental health/emotional issues, ie. Crazies. Customer service is worse than none. They don't respond to complaints, and they will cancel your account at the slightest perceived infraction of their rules at any time with no warning. Don't even ask for a refund. You won't get one regardless of the circumstances. All they want is your money. They take it, and they keep it. Period.

I don't even know where to start. A ton of the SD on there are scammers who will ask to switch to another messenger very quickly to ask for free nudes, sexual video content and/or waste your time texting without ever compensating in any way. Been a premium member on seeking arrangements for several months and have had absolutely no response besides fake profiles (bots) not worth the time or money!

I was suspended for no reason and although I was not much active on the site.
Now I have no acess to the site anymore.

I contacted the customer service and they asked me to upload the photo of my ID because of "verification". I did it but didn't recive any feedback. Then I sent them e-mail again and asking about what is the reson of my suspension but no answear.

Before, some time ago, I had some troubles uploading my own photos as they declined them. They asked for photo of ID as well but they declined it and after very long time talking to them finally they approved it.

The site is very slow, It's very annoying!

However, although this site has many problems, *when it works* I like it because it's the only site of this type that is so popular. But it's too often problems with suspension and declined photos.

They have ZERO customer support and often ban you for no apparent reason. Your subscription means nothing to them after they take your money. I joined this site first without paying just to watch. Three weeks later I decided to try a membership. I gave my credit card number and all my details to suddenly get a message "You have been banned from the site for a violation of the rules" Not possible because I had not made contact with any one at all. I checked my credit card 1 week later and they had taken my money but banned me from the site. But I could not find even one woman who has been banned. 100% this site is involved in dishonesty and scamming money from people.

Let's begin with the worst:
Customer care. They will ban you for no reason. A girl may say she is 17, you don't read her answer at night and by the morning, your account is suspended. Another girls reached me requesting money, I never answered but theysuspended me again.
The best about it? They will never, ever give any money back.

The second best thing:
Scammers. So many of them... this site was legit for a while, but now? Full of chinese and malay women trying to scam you with crypto currency or just telling you their momma is sick and if you don't help, she will die... don't be a fool, these people make money out of fools.
