Placing the order was easy and fast. Camera arrived on time. Packaging was great. During my first week I contacted Tech support several times, about 5-6 times. Tech support has been outstanding, really outstanding. This is THE reason why I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you very much for all your support.
I feel i was incorrectly sold on my first order. I had to return and make a second purchase and the sales person wasn't a lot of help. The staff tries but i still feel like i need to do all my own research before buying, instead of a sales person getting me the right product. I just know i can not trust an employee to really get me the product i need.

I have sent an email to support and still haven't heard back. It's been ~10 days.
I have checked out the camera on a LAN only system and was very pleased with both the picture quality, as well as, the ease of setup & first use with IE browser.
I have not tested the camera system over the internet and based on previous experience with Samsung IP cameras, I anticipate a greater struggle, as I recall having to make numerous changes to my router to achieve functionality.
I noticed that the Active-X control included questions regarding my DDNS. Since I am using DYNDNS accounts maybe this won't be a problem.
The NVR claims to accept ONVIF cameras. However, though it recognized the camera as ONVIF it could not capture the videostream.
Really good experience as usual.
Love It! Much better than my old system! Picture quality is good, easy system to operate and live that I can view my cameras via my smartphone by simply using a app!
