Never had a problem that wasn't taken care of. Very friendly service. Returns have never been a problem. They have a great stand behind warranty.
Everything arrived and worked as per the information from the website. Only downside was Canada Customs charges that seemed to be a bit excessive (as usual).

I have been generally satisfied but I have a problem with the DVR that is yet unresolved. I have spoken to support personnel and we are awaiting some additional supplies that may help isolate the problem.
I like the cameras just more detail instructions with them in case you have a problem.

Ordering was easy and the equipment was shipped promptly and double boxed with great packing to avoid damage. The equipment descriptions and pictures made my choices easier. I have not installed the equipment yet, so I cannot evaluate the software, but I ordered this unit without hard drives and I have installed two Western Digital Purple 4 TB drives in the unit. All the cables and screws needed were included with the unit. Installation was a little difficult because I could not locate enough proper holes in the bottom of the case to properly mount the drives. The drives are mounted, but not with 4 screws as should be done.
