I appreciated the help from the staff in advising me which power supply to order for my wireless camera. I would have preferred however you have the power supply included with the camera, because it doesn't work without it so my insulation was delayed.

Fantastic products at excellent prices and phenomenal pre and post sales customer service. They don't hesitate for a second to give you guidance. I purchased 2 dome cameras and a dvr which they gave me guidance on and answered any question I had and after I made the purchase they answered my install questions, including telling me how to connect my dvr to the internet using a power line adapter.

Haven't done business with you till now, but the well prepared and fast web site, the good pricing and good products made it a pleasure. This is for my home, but I also do this commercially, so I'll probably be back.

The NVR I bought was a cheap one, but I expected it to at least see my existng ip cameras. It did not recognise Honeywell cameras which are an industry standard.
