Overall shopping experience was excellent, thank you! Shipping was prompt. My only suggestion would be to have additional courier options. UPS cross border brokerage is expensive. Maybe USPS or other couriers could help reduce cost of import into Canada.

Prompt shipping. Product arrived on time well packaged. The quality was excellent and initial hookup and testing went smoothly.
Quick and easy, wish you gave me a "signature NOT required" during checkout. I received a miss delivery, because I was at work. Had to take time off work to try and catch the delivery person. And UPS delivery schedule is as they say sometime before 8 PM.
