I called about a problem on my tablet because I was getting no response to my texts to the app's support group. They insisted I link my tablet to my computer to "diagnose the issue". They proceeded to tell me my network was corrupted and wanted to sell me "security measures and a clean up". This is a TOTAL scam. The center you get is also in India where there are difficulties in understanding the communication to begin with. STAY AWAY!
Cons: Backups to remote systems but only as a compressed backup. In other words this service could never be used like a computer to computer file synchronization solution which I was looking for.
