I strongly advise you not to order code signature at this company. They have very heavy never ending due diligence.
You better sell your application through the Microsoft store only and buy your developer signature from Apple if it is for MacOS. The Microsoft store procedure is very light. You can submit an application to Microsoft store without signing and Microsoft signs the application on your behalf. The membership is very cheap in both cases (apple and microsoft): almost $100 each for a company. Don't focus on "standalone" distribution. We wasted 1 month for code sign. And this could have been used for marketing.
