Great prices for great products!
While the chair was advertised as refurbished, it's basically just used. It doesn't appear that any effort was made to clean it up or otherwise refurbish it except to replace some original parts (back support adjustment mechanism and armrests) with clearly inferior parts.
Easy Shopping. Shipping/Receiving the product took a little longer than expected (2 weeks), but I would order again and plan accordingly.
Not a good purchase - ordered six chairs for a discount (saved $600+ by ordering here vs. through my designer) and the chairs were not great. All had scratches on them and looked REALLY used. One chair showed up with a broken arm. The solution was for Seatingminds to send me a new arm that I would have to replace myself. They also sent a "how to" video that only showed the beginning of how to take the chair apart. The customer service team only replied to half my questions and it took forever. On top of that, the shipping company was impossible to get a hold of and we had delivery issues. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.
Online shopping experience was good - easy. The order was delivered within the time range given. The product was in great condition. No problems whatsoever.
Amazing condition on the chairs, great service, unbeatable pricing, love the fact that the chairs come fully assembled. Freight shipping worked well.
The chairs we received our filthy. Customer service does not answer the phone and only responds to email at 9 p.m. or at later. This company is a joke.

Placed an order for "Herman Miller Sayl Side Chairs Black Set of 2 Chairs"
Listed and sold as a "set of 2"
16 days later I received a message from their "customer service" department informing me that somehow the set I order (over two weeks prior)... was actually NOT available. They only had one of the two chairs they sold to me as a "set".
They clearly have no idea how to run a business! When it takes over two weeks for them to even start reaching out to their warehouse? Listing items online that they don't even have? What a joke!
They offered zero solutions, alternatives... not even promo code for their mistake.
The only solution was a refund... they stated the refund would be issued "within a week" that was June 27th 2019 (order placed on June 10th)
It is now July 12th and they have yet to refund my order of $449.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
There is a reason the BBB gives them an F!

Total SCAM. I purchased what was supposed to be a "refurbished" chair only to receive a filthy & broken chair. I contacted their customer "service" only to be told that the listing on the site did not include lumbar support (the part that was broken in shipping). The customer "service" agent suggested that I simply throw the lumbar support piece out because that wasn't part of the advertised product. Total SCAM company. Avoid at all costs.
Great quality, great price
Great price if new item. The chair was shipped in a very poor cobbled together two boxes loosely taped together. The chair was damaged in shipping as it rubbed against the box during shipping. When contacting the company I was advised the chair was restored to the best possible quality. Restored? First I had heard of that. Did not read it back a month ago when I ordered. Yes, that is right it took over a month to get my order.
I read over the site and still did not find the note this was a site of restored products.
I ordered the chair online and it was a quick turnaround.
First time buyer, I was excited to find the chairs I had been searching for (at a reasonable price and a local New Jersey company, thinking the deliver would be fast)
It took 16 days to hear back from customer service, telling me that the set of chairs I purchased wasn't actually available. They somehow only have one chair (however it was sold on the site as a set) the agent offered zero compensation, alternative or solution to the issue. I was forced to cancel my order...and they told me the refund is going to take another week.
So I wasted three weeks with this company. It is embarrassing & unprofessional to say the least.
My experience thus far is NEGATIVE. I cannot get a response to my purchase of a NEW chair only to receive a USED chair. As an office that needed the chair for staff, this is clearly unacceptable and still unresolved.
Sent me a rusty chair with a giant hole in the base. Unfixable. Now I'm out almost $500. Would not recommend.

Answer: Honestly. With how I was treated. These guys must be mafia.
Answer: This company may be legit, but from the research I have done online after my purchase experience with them, they totally scam people with their outrageous "restocking fee" policy.
Answer: Prices. But you're getting used stuff in god-only-knows condition. Stick with garage sales. These guys are shady. Beware.
