I would give a 0 if i could. Total scam. They just take orders you never get the part. You cannot talk to a real person. They give you the run. Do not order they will take your money you will never get your part. Scam scam. We had to do a charge back. You never get an email about part. Tracking for item is never given. They hang up on you every time. Scam scam. They do not have any parts. Do not order they will take your money and you will never get your part.

I ordered a couple parts for my washing machine. Their website lied about when the parts would be delivered, turns out it was over a week off. I called several times to get updates. It's all been outsourced to India. They just gave me the run-around. They close at like 5pm and their phone system cutoff in the middle of the conversation when it did. After all this they sent the wrong parts. Go somewhere else, so poorly run it feels like a scam.

I order 2 parts for my kenmore kitchen parts. Do not shop here. Its worse company. I talk to manger no help. Its been a month i still have not receive my part. I was told i'm get in few weeks. Still waiting. Get your parts somewhere. I will never shop here again. I will write another one later
