Lousy service from seagm, not helping and useless waste time only don't support worst game topup channel

I've been with this company almost 3~5 year, and so far, i didn't has any issues when purchasing my Gift Cards, their customer support also very friendly!

It is good services for top-up games.
Just only when new season comes up like game pubg the top-up is a bit slow delivery.
Talked with support service very friendly.
Overall is okay i recommended for those who want to top-up games.

Bought pubg uc worth of around $800 from this site, very fast and quick service. Will recommend everyone for the prize point and speed of service.

Pathetic buying experience, compounded by equally bad customer support. I believe their business model is to force people to ask for refund so that they can cut their "processing fee" and return money after "3-5 working days".
Nothing instant about their service and honestly it feels like its not even a legit business -_-

Ing and Simon were patient and awesome in helping me with QQ coin reload, especially after a system error causing repeated failures in order delivery the day before. Despite the delay in receiving my coins, and a terrible customer service experience with one of their colleagues, Jason, who was not only unhelpful but placating to the extent of being dishonest, encountering both Ing and Simon turned my negative experience around, hence the positive review. Customer support agents should take a leaf from their book :)
