I had no idea it would take close to a month to receive order. You should let customers know before we order the turn around rate.

Not like I expected. Swimsuits didn't fit great. Contacting customer service was slow. And they were complicated to return.

I was worried it was a scam thanks to the comments but mine came and fit very well. Thanks Seafancy I guess they were slow on delivery but it is understandable.

Arrives in time no problem with fit. I would buy again

I've only worn it 3 times but every time I've gotten multiple compliments on how cute it is. I'm smaller in the bust region so it's a bit loose but the halter tie makes up for it and makes them look bigger but also could accommodate bigger sizes up top. Love the short style bottom, I felt totally comfortable hiking from waterfall to waterfall in just the suit and didn't feel like my $#*! was hanging out. Loose enough to not dig in to my child bearing thighs lol!

Selecting the swim dress was easy along with completing the transaction. I received an email confirmation that payment was complete and given an approximate of when it should arrive to my door. However, I found it a pain to have to go back to the site and click around to "track" the order since there was no exact way to know when it was shipped to help me determine the window of time that it would arrive.

The swimsuit is pretty good quality, but the color is more of a green color and not teal, which was a small bummer. The shipping took longer than it was supposed to, but other than that, it's great. Again, good quality and the swimsuit is really cute!

For buying a swim suit online for the first time, I was pleased with the fit and quality. I was a little overwhelmed with the quantity of the outfits. So many options to choose from! But I am very pleased with the two I chose.

Love the suits, they are very cute; took a little longer than expected to arrive, but I've not had other issues.

Can't make returns if something doesn't fit. I now have two swimsuits that don't fit with no way to return. No invoice supplied in delivery package. No reply when asking for help to return. Zero customer service. Zero response to emails.Zero response to messenger. Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs...ok at if something fits but you won't get your money back or even as a credit if it doesn't.

When I went to do the return, it was a multi step process with multiple email. I will not shop this site again because it is very cumbersome to manage

The customer service response team was ridiculous. The only way to contact customer service was through an email or through their social media page. Online it is stated that a response will be given within 24 hours but I didn't get one until over a week later. And their return process is the most ridiculous process I have ever had to deal with. 1/5 for sure. This was not worth it.

It was very easy to place this order online. Not much navigating involved.

I have five, most fit well and I'm happy with the material. Good communication from the company and delivery times were fair. Thanks!
