I got the swimsuit in time, but I was a little worried (because it took so long to get to me for an upcoming vacation). But, really great communication with the company, the swimsuit is AWESOME, and I did get it in time for my vacay.

Swimsuits turned out to be super cute when they finally arrived. I ordered July 5th for a July 16th vacation. When I returned on the 22nd, they still hadn't arrived. I'm not sure if the company or UPS is to blame. The company finally emailed in July 31st to see if the products arrived, and by then I had gotten them. I really like that the suits have shorts on the bottom that are lined. Unfortunately, they are too big. I used the measurements guide online to choose a size rather than the S/M/L/XL chart (since /M/L/XL varies by brand). Mistake. The swimsuits are one, maybe two, sizes too big. My attempts to exchange the products have been very difficult. They make you email a representative and provide information and photos to do the return. This would be cumbersome enough if it weren't for the repetitive emails (going on five days now) in which the representative is trying to push me to keep the products for a partial refund, even after I sent her all the photos and information she asked for. I get it. Summer is almost over and you aren't going to make money on these suits by paying to have them restocked and then resell them at sale prices. But this issue should not be passed down to your customer. You have made the return/exchange process too difficult for me. So, though the swimsuits are cute, I don't think I will purchase again in the future.
The material appears very thin and cheap, and it took 2 weeks to arrive. Would not recommend. On top of that the only reason I'm writing this at all is the persistent emails asking for a review, after unsubscribing from all emails.
Ordered early July but they didn't ship my order till closer to end of month. I had reached out after days of 0 updates and was told parts of my order were now unavailable. I asked to exchange for a different item, but they still waited till my original item was in stock before shipping. I didn't receive my order till early August. The color, fit and sizing was disappointing. While they look cute online, they're not quite as pictured when they arrive

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
