Purchased because of a Facebook ad, figured after purchase it was from an international site and may take awhile. Sure enough I got receipts from a completely different company. Probly won't buy from again but overall happy with my purchase. Took about 2.5 to 3 weeks to come, yet was sent a review two days after order.
Super cute swimsuit. However, I bought a small and a medium as I was unsure of size. The medium was sewn very poorly. Returning an item to this seller is a nightmare! You have to send a photo of the item before you get a return address. A return slip is not given only an address. Then you have to send another photo of the tracking number after you mail back the package. Who runs a company like this in 2023? I would buy more items to try if the return process was not like a second job!
Orderec never told it was shipped tried to contact them no page available email returned waited the time frame still nothing contact my credit card co and entered a dispute then I get an email you are canceling my order because of the dispute YOU NEVER SENT IT sounds like FRAUD to me
The purchasing process was quick and easy. Delivery was within the time described. I am very pleased with the swimwear and hope to see that it lasts longer than one season in the sun, water and sand.
Been a month and have not received my order or any information about when it might be fulfilled. When I sent an email to the customer service email address provided it bounced back as undeliverable
I had to cancel my order because they were not shipping out to me within a few weeks. The timeline for purchasing and receiving swimwear for a trip I had been planning for in advance became unrealistic.
When I order bathing suit an estimated delivery date was not given. I had to check the tracker daily to see when bathing suit would arrive. Bathing suit also came with hole. Mended myself to save time rather than send back.
Customer service does assist with returns but you have to meet somewhat rigid requirements (within 30 days, customer pays return shipping and must provide a tracking number within 7 days of receiving the return address). I'm hoping the refund will come through okay too. The suits were below expected quality and also took a long time to arrive. Will not be shopping here again.
DO NOT ORDER from this company if you want your produce in any reasonable time frame. I ordered 2 bathing suits expecting them to arrive before I left on a year-long trip. When my departure date was approaching I emailed to ask that my order be cancelled. (it had been weeks). I was told the order had shipped and I should wait a little longer. I replied that I would be out of the country FOR A YEAR and would not be able to receive the order if it arrived after I left. A few weeks later I got an email saying the package had arrived, and giving me an email address to contact if I hadn't received it. The email address was incorrect and the mail bounced back. A complete waste of money and time. The ads are nice looking but the company is a sham.
I was nervous as I am not usually impressed with swimshort sets, but I am OBSESSED with this one. The shorts have built in compression shorts underneath that keep you from chafing and the entire set is incredibly comfortable. It is the perfect material and isn't heavy when you get out of the water and dries as fast as a bikini or one piece swimsuit. Absolutely recommend! It arrived after about 10 days and I couldn't be happier!
The website could definitely use a UX upgrade. It's hard to search and filter through. The shipping and tracking was horrible. The tracking information wasn't registered and didn't work until the day that it was delivered nearly 3 weeks after my order was placed.
I tried to initiate a return because the bathing suit did not fit my body well especially in the chest area. However when I emailed the customer service email - *******@seafancy.com - I received a response stating that the email address was not found: "Your message wasn't delivered to *******@seafancy.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail".
Reading several reviews about not receiving their order made me feel anxious, but my swimsuit did actually arrive after a few weeks and I love it!
I bought a couple pairs for a girls trip. I was going to pick out 2 out of the 4 but I liked them all so I kept them all. Good quality

I ordered according to the size chart and it seems to fit well. I'm usually nervous to buy swimwear without trying it on but I like what I ordered. I wish I knew the shorts I ordered were not swimsuit bottoms but I will still wear them. I was nervous I did not see reviews on individual swimsuits on the website but it worked out.
The bathing suit is comfortable and well made! Customer service was great too!

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
