I ordered a swimsuit that was in stock on the website and didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. When I finally contacted the company because I still hadn't heard anything I was told the swimsuit is now sold out…when were they going to let me know?
They have now offered to swap the swimsuit for a different one or refund my money. I chose refund and will not be purchasing from here again
I ordered 2 swimsuits and a hat. Received 1 swimsuit and the hat. Reported to Sea Fancy customer service and they say they are investigating. NOT! The return label is from Hou Wenzheng. Google that name!
The orders can take awhile to arrive. So order well ahead of the swim season or winter trip.
I won't know until we see how long it takes to get the order and what quality it will be.
