The ordering process was pretty normal, but once they give you the tracking information for your products you'll see that the products are actually shipping from China as opposed to California or New Jersey like some sources claim the business to be located in. This did mean that the package spent a good deal of time in customs during shipping when leaving China and entering the US. It also seems to have an impact on the ease of returning goods, which may lead to the inevitability of weighing pros and cons of returning products for refunds.
