I did not receive my package. I am very disappointed in this company.

Unfortunately the sizing guide was not correct and my swimsuit is too big and I am unable to wear it, I would like to send it back.

Never received my product, emailed to find out where it was, it was sold out. Then how did it sell to me in the first place? It should not have been available for purchase. "Similar" suits were offered to me that looked nothing like or even comparable to the suit chosen so I requested my money to be refunded and was then told I would have to wait 3-15 days! Still waiting for the refund

I tried to purchase this same suit from another website and they never sent it (waited like 2 months), but u really I wanted it so tried ordering one more time from seafancy with expedited shipping and it came in 2-3 weeks. It was still longer than their website stated but they adjusted the shipping and got it to me!

The suits are great quality and can't wait to try them this summer!

A great selection, very nice quality fabric and good prices. Shipping was a little slow though and I was unable to find anywhere on the website that says where this company is based.

Got two suits both for under $40 a piece, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Both had extra fabric in the areas you would want. Both were as described and fit great.

The bikini did not offer enough support so I tried to return it. It transpired that I had to pay return postage to the USA which cost me £11. Seafancy applied heavy pressure on me to keep the goods which was very unpleasant. I felt bullied. I finally got a full refund and had to accept the £11 postage loss. I will not use this company again.

These swim suits are very cute, and I especially love the shorts and how they feel. However, I wore my new suit on a trip to the ocean two times. The fabric has begun to degrade and pill already, which seems extremely premature. Also, the site does not allow you to purchase a different top size than bottom size. This is obnoxious because I was unsure of size fitting so I had to buy a medium and a large. I had hoped that I could just try each size on and return the one that didn't fit. Unfortunately, this web site makes it nearly impossible to return items. They are banking on the fact that you will become irritated by the process and give up. The process is long, arduous, and filled with many do's and don'ts. Sadly I cannot recommend this site.

I ordered my swimsuits four weeks before my vacation, they were delivered five weeks later. I was disappointed to not have my new swimsuits on vacation.

So with seeing mixed reviews online and with all of the videos being sponsored by the company, I was a little hesitant with ordering a suit from SeaFancy. However, upon arrival I was very pleased with the quality and fit of my swimsuit. I got one of the board short bikinis and I am in love with it. It is very flattering to my body and has become my favorite swimwear I own. I ordered a size M and am 5'7" and 149lbs. It fits perfectly. I will be ordering another one next week for an upcoming vacation.

After placing my order, the delivery took quite a while. Throughout this period, I was left in the dark with minimal updates. It was only after logging into my account that I discovered one of the suits I ordered was not available. I was then prompted to select an alternative, a step that was unexpected since I had not received any prior notification or email about this issue. The only communication I had was a pending tracking email, which offered no updates on the order status or mentioned the unavailability of the item.

It would greatly enhance the customer experience if the company could implement a more proactive communication strategy. Notifying customers promptly about stock issues and providing clear, timely updates on order status would make a world of difference. Additionally, ensuring that customers are informed of necessary actions, like selecting an alternative item, through direct communication channels would prevent confusion and improve satisfaction.

The 2 suits I got are super cute. Material looks like it will hold up well to sun and chlorine. Shipping was a bit slow but overall experience was good.

Was supposed to be here 5-7 days for beach event. Took 3+ weeks to get here. Only received 1 of 2 suits ordered. Misleading website. I do not like to order from China for these reasons, and because it's typically cheap, and it's difficult to get your money back. Unhappy

I ordered 2 swim suits and immediately loved the high quality of these 2 sets. The one piece was too large for me, but I really loved the other one on me!

It is important that you be sure of the size you need because returns are very complex, expensive and you will have to negotiate to obtain a partial refund. Buying a swimsuit online is risky. My experience is very disappointing...I let myself be tempted by the models, their originality but ultimately, I regret my experience.

I would give a review if I had received my order. I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and I ordered it over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived.
