The return policy is impossible and English is not the first language for the customer service agents. There is no phone number as the company is in China. This was not revealed on the website. It takes along time to get a response when emailing back and forth.

Everything was fine, except it was not easy to track it with whatever tracking site they use on my cell phone. I was only able to get proper tracking when on a computer.

Easy to order from but not so easy to return. It took several emails on why before they would give me the return address. You also have to pay to return it. I kept some of my order just for the tops which in returns is very expensive.The suit quality is cute and good just be aware the top is true to size but the shorts are huge so size down if you can.They really should offer these items to be sold separatly because not everyone has the large hips to go with the a large size chest.I won't order again just for that reason

It's hard to find a bathing suit that fits and is also comfortable. My expectations weren't high just from the normal bad experiences I have with finding a bathing suit. The ones from SeaFancy not only fit but the material is very comfortable. Everything stayed put when I got in the water as well. Very satisfied with these swim suits.
