I ordered swimwear for a holiday but they unfortunately didn't arrive in time. They were slightly on the bigger side so I requested a full refund. The company were a few days in answering my emails but I eventually came to an agreement whereby I kept the swimwear and had a refund minus the postage. I was very happy with this outcome.
