My package delivered late and I had already left for vacation. Very disappointed

The product I received was super cute and I love it. The only problem is, that the product I received was incomplete. In the item description, it stated that I would receive a swim dress and bottoms to go with. Upon receiving my package, I only got the swim dress. It was very disappointing, and while customer service did their best to help, they were not very sympathetic and offered very little in terms of compensation. I was not offered the missing piece, and they made no efforts to try and make that happen. Overall, I loved the product I did receive, but feel very taken advantage of and a little robbed, as I never received the full product that I paid for.

Size up a lot, as these suits run really small. The white fabric on the one suit that I ordered came with brown spots and smudges. Since I have to pay to return them, I might as well pass them along or donate them. Really disappointing.

Love the suits, just as pictured. Did take quite a while to ship, only reason for 4 stars

The item was great, arrived in decent condition, shipping took almost a month and I needed this within two weeks for a birthday gift.

The customer service was very good and helpful. The only problem is, that the measurements and the Szice of the swimmers do not correspond to the actual product. I ordered two swimmers size XL and one of them was far too big the other was slightly to big. Then I ordered/ exchanged them for size M and they are both far too small.

Got my suit. Good customer service. Will order again. Thanks.

I get so many compliments on the bathing suit shorts. I love how comfy they are.

This item was a birthday gift to my granddaughter. She's so far pleased with the style. My disappointment is how long it took. I ordered the swimsuit on August 11, and it didn't arrive until August 29, long after her birthday.

The delivery took almost a month to arrive. For some unknown reason, the package hasn't moved, and the delivery keeps getting delayed.

Quality of the suit is great but I felt the sizing is not accurate. I ordered an xs & it fits like a sm/med. I went on vacation without the suit & will be returning it once we're back.

I ordered a swim suit that didn't fit, and the customer service representative gave me credit for a new suit, minus shipping. Happy with the attentive service!

I really like the design and fabric. The zipper is pretty itchy and the cups/support are way too high so that was uncomfortable. I also thought that bottoms came with it, but I must have just been looking at the pictures🙂

I love the swim suit however I probably will not be ordering more as I wish you could order a different sized top and bottom.

The pieces are nice and fairly TTS. I am on the larger size of medium with a larger bottom half and it was slightly snug.

Bottoms fit, top is to big. In the picture the undershorts are longer, they're not, they're are the same length. Took almost 2 weeks to ship.
Still cute, just trying to figure out how to shorten the straps on the top.

Swimsuit are well made and nice fabric. I need a size larger.

Terrible CS, told me to take damaged product to a seamstress with 20% back off order. I declined they raised it to 40%. Wouldnt do full refund either. Wore suit once and it showed major wear. They told me that its normal. It was honestly TERRIBLE. I settled for 50% back bc its atleast something for the headache and $#*! suit.

I followed the measurements on the size chart and ordered accordingly but the suits were two sizes too big.

I ordered a few bathing suits that were unfortunately a little too large. Customer service offered a few options and I decided to keep the suits and get a gift card for the cost to buy a few more in a size down. The new ones fit great and are so comfortable. The friends I gave the first suits to love them and now we all match.
