Easy to navigate the website, took awhile to get here (honestly I was worried it was a scam for a bit-so used to overnight everything with Amazon) but finally made it and loved two of the three. A small alteration is needed on one and the third I may return. We will see how they hold up with the first wear and wash!

It was an easy shopping experience. What they delivered is what I purchased, very accurate in sizing, color, and material. The quality of the material is nice too, not a thin material that you know will only last a summer or so. These feel like they will last a few summers at least.

Terrible experience - it should be disclosed that return process is overseas not internal. Do not recommend. Bathing suits are hard to buy online so poor return experience is making it not want to shop online at all.

Customer service email responded promptly when asked about my late shipment and requesting a tracking number.

I saw alot of very negative reviews but it did take awhile to get to me & it took them several days to answer my email but I eventually received my order and I was pleasantly surprised with the swimsuits. Bottom line, if you don't want to spend alot, these are nice swimsuits.

After two weeks, my order still didn't ship and when I tried to contact them, they didn't respond. I spammed them with 20 emails and yet they still didn't respond after that. The only reason they reply to me is because I demanded a refund. The only reason they apologized is because I wanted to get my money back. Spammed them again with multiple emails about canceling my order and it took them forever to reply just for them to tell me they couldn't cancel my order because they couldn't intercept the package even though I asked them to cancel it before they finally shipped it. Now after a whole month, I still don't have my order or a refund. Doesn't matter how good the bathing suits are. It is not worth dealing with the experience I've had with this company.

I'm always very pleased when I receive my brand new clothing from SeaFancy. The quality is amazing, the design and color are beautiful, I will definitely order from them again!

The price of this bathing suit is awesome. Shipping is a very long process but it fits amazingly so no problem … just plan WAY ahead if you need it for an event.

I immediately contacted SeaFancy to inform them that I accidentally bought the wrong size. I heard back a week later, so the swim suit had already been sent out. I contacted SeaFancy when I received the swim suit to inform them that I need to return it for a different size. I got a long reply email several days later telling me how to return it and to not return it to the address on the package. But they never, even when I asked directly, have provided a return address. There is a time limit of 30 days I believe to return items. Because I am waiting a total of 14 days so far and counting since I first asked where to return the swim suit to, I assume they are running out the clock and will eventually will tell me it wasn't received in time. Not happy.

Won't provide return address. Even after reaching out multiple times.
