Ok. Not very accommodating or quick in response when asked questions.

I accidentally put in the wrong address at first and customer service caught it and confirmed correct address

I ordered may 2, when it didn't arrive by the 16th, I reached out and they took over a week to respond. They did respond after I disputed on my credit card. Then it arrived on the 28th. Would be nice if they told me it would take that long.

Good quality suit. Looked just like the photo and fits true to size. Shipping took a little longer than I'd expected, but overall very happy with my purchase.

I just had a baby and am needing a little more coverage in the front. I was not ready to move on to a skirt style bottom. This swimsuit is exactly what I was hoping to find. It fits perfect.

I didn't realize the suit was coming from England, so it did take a while to arrive. But now I know!

Awful. Never received a shipping date, kept getting emails to review products when I hadn't even received anything yet, was notified about 3 weeks after ordering that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund on the whole purchase. Absolute waste of time. Pretty sure this website & its products are a scam. According to other reviews, most people have had the same (or worse) experience. Would never recommend.

Absolutely love these! Read mixed reviews on FB that had me nervous on receiving the order but I love the fit and received them quicker than I thought!

After a week and a half of no shipping confirmation, I reached out to inquire and was told it was out of stock (but it was being restocked currently). That was not indicated when I bought it so inventory control isn't great. NBD I did not need it right away but I asked if my order will be fulfilled once restocked and then I was met with a shipping confirmation TWICE over the next week. Flash forward another two weeks and I finally have it.

IN CONCLUSION: Communication isn't great and shipping isn't either, but the product is solid.

Nice looking suits, straight forward ordering. Took a while to get here (>3 weeks)

When my suit came, it was much to big. The site only allows you to order 1 size for both your top and bottom. I loved the style, but have to send the suit back.

I ordered three bathing suits a month ago and then never heard back from the company. Three weeks later I emailed asking where my order was. They responded that one of the suits was out of stock. However, it was still available for purchase on the website. I brought up this point to customer service and they responded that it actually WAS available and I would be getting my order soon. It's been a month and still haven't received my order. I can not rate the bathing suits BECAUSE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM!

The shipping took longer than I expected. Plan on waiting 3-4 weeks before getting items. All items were as described and I am happy with purchase

The worst. Shipment not received due to multiple shipping issues and no proactive follow up.
