The only negative thing I would say is that they sent me a request to review their product a couple weeks before I received it, and at that point the tracking was ambiguous, which led me to fear that it had been lost, stolen, or I was being scammed. However I was very happy when the tracking finally updated and a few days later I received my order. So maybe they should have their automated review software hold off until the order has been noted as "delivered".

I ordered 3 swimsuits from SeaFancy and decided to keep one and return two. First, the suits didn't arrive for a month. Second, returning the suits was the most cumbersome process I have encountered in retail. It was so time consuming and costly for me, I will not be ordering from SeaFancy again.
I ordered a large but it was too big so I wanted to exchange it for a medium. After numerous emails, I finally got a response that told me I can return it at my own expense or I can keep it and they will charge me $14 for it and order the medium and ship it at my expense and I can let them know what I want to do and THEN they will provide me with the return address. I decided to just keep it as a loss, I doubt I will get my new bathing suit on time and it will end up costing me over a $100 for one suit

The shipping takes about four weeks, so it's a little longer than usual. But the website is easy to navigate, the sizing chart pretty well to size. Good material and fits nicely.
I had to email, message, and post on their site multiple times before I got a response addressing my return request. I had to request a return address and instructions multiple times before they would provide this to me. The entire process was frustrating, and the items were of poor quality and construction. I will never order from the site again. I am still waiting to see if they will actually refund me my money as promised.
I have paid for my bathing suit but have not received it. Ordered 6 weeks ago. Supposed to have left New Jersey for delivery more then a week ago. No suit delivered.

A few days after I sent an email inquiring when my items would be shipped, I received an email from Sitejabber asking me if I had received my order yet. I clicked the "not yet received" button and the suits showed up about 3 days later. All in all, it took a month from ordering to actual delivery.

I love the swimsuit I ordered. I'm 5' 8" and 115 lbs and the size small fit great. The material was much higher quality than I expected, and provided very good coverage, particularly the swim shorts.
As some reviewers noted, shipping took about 2 weeks, but I was provided a tracking number. I did not have any issues, and would definitely order from Sea Fancy again.
Terrible communication. I ordered on April 21 and received today, May 18th. Seems like good quality but just took too long to receive and I had to inquire about my order to find out something was backordered so instead of an option they just cancelled one of them. Items are coming from China. We received everything ok but my suits were too small and my daughters too big.
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
