It has been a well- organized and easy to use experience. I was hesitant to use the website because I hadn't heard much about it. I have used a couple of others that are well known for many years. But I went ahead and risked it. I'm very glad I did as this truly was the best I've used.
Yes I got everything thanks. The experience was great and I was happy to see my most updated credit profile for all three of the the major credit bureaus. That was awesome!
Hate having to go back and make a phone call just to cancel. I was just trying to see a copy of my credit report, not a sign up for service and monthly charge.

I called and cancelled my subscription when I seen the first charge on my account. I was told by the original representative it would be taken care of and now 6 months later I have had to call again and cancel. My refund request was denied as they said they had no record of my original call. Their lack of customer service and follow through cost me money. I would never recommend this service to anyone..

The email you sent was mixed up with another content re a zoom app so I had serious doubts about the authenticity of your site. Sorry to say that inspired me to cancel my card. If it turns out you are legit I will sign back up.
I use Credit Karma and my scores are excellent at 773 today. I never needed Scoresence and they even offered me lower pricing (so make sure you ask if you use this). I did not use this and it was purchased in error of $1. They will not refund the $29.95 they charged me and canceling took some research.
I would NOT use this service and CreditKarma is FREE! I do not appreciate rip off companies that do not listen to their customers.

Ok but I am unhappy that I am auto enrolled in a monthly subscription and must take it upon myself to cancel. Hardly call it a free score with all of the "after work" required to avoid erroneously fees and charges
