This is the second time I've ordered a Davis product from Scientific sales and I'm totally satisfied. Speed of delivery was very fast.
I selected this product for its value and positive customer reviews. I would have preferred that it have a wall mounting option instead of the desktop only feature. I realize that this unit can still be hung on a wall but the key pad sticks out at an angle which looks odd on the wall and is a bumping into hazard as happened this morning when my wife accidentally knocked it down. It still works ok.

I didn't have problems with the shopping experience. The biggest problem was an issue I always have with UPS. Once UPS has given an estimated delivery date they will not revise it & will hold the package at the local office until that delivery date. This time the delay was 2 days, I've had them hold it for 3 or 4 days in the past & calling them does no good.
I did not appreciate getting an e-mail demanding I respond. Especially when the e-mail indicated I had received the package 3 days before I did. That is the main reason I will seriously consider ordering from this company again.
