Don't order on a weekend and expect your order within a few days. I think, you, Scientific Sales might consider an early Monday UPS pick up for those that order on a Saturday or Sunday. I ordered on a Saturday about 9:00 AM. The order did not leave your facility until after 7:00 PM Monday according to UPS tracking. I received it after 6:00 PM on Thursday and I paid for that shipping service. No free shipping on that item.
Other than that I am completely satisfied with the overall experience.

All in all great service at a great site usually no problems. I just had an issue with wanting to know the most current version or the version they are selling of the Weatherlink software. Wanted to know if it does have a newer version than I currently have, can my current software be updated? A "Contact Us" email message to them and still no answer.
Also since this is a overall experience with scientificsales.com... I had/have a question/issue. WHY is/does the Weatherlink software look like it was created on a DOS system from 30 years ago? I never use it because it looks so crappy. I only get it because I need the data logger that comes with it. Many others such as Ambient's Virtual Weather Station are beautifully made, very attractive to the eyes. It looks professional as all others do except for Weatherlink. Weatherlink looks like a Kids program.
Difficult to get the site to accept the inputs
Was great buying experience. Only thing that might be more helpful is more or easier access to product details. I purchased a weather station and had to go to the manufacturers website for details/specs. Thanks, Pete

There is only one shipping method UPS Ww Expedited available. Would be nice with anSaver & Express option. :)
The service was great...they answered all my questions.and the order was in 24hrs...the only problem was the shipping and handing fee were high but shipping is expensive now...overall great service and I am a repeating customer.

As an Australian buyer I was a little sceptical of the quoted prices as they appeared 'too good to be true', but now I am amazed at the professional service and high quality products supplied by Scientificsales. Be sure to use the cheaper email quote, it's pretty much instantaneous.
The lower prices enabled me to get the higher spec. Davis Vantage Pro2 and Data logger and with parcel tracking and the Norton shopping guarantee (included with purchase) I had peace of mind.
Metric adapter for the rain gauge is included as standard, so I'm ready to go.
Also, my queries were answered promptly!
