Check out process seemed overly complicated. Site rejected my credit card payment and finally took PayPal which bills to same account. Later found out bank had locked up my credit card and I had to call them to unlock the account. I was told it was because your website had an unusual amount of fraudulent transactions.
So far so good. Product is a gift so I can't really rate it but we bought one for daughter in-law also and she loves it.
