Arrived a little late. Two consoles arrived a little late. One had been previously opened. Notified sender. They sent return label quickly. Will return extra consul soon.

It was a simple transaction also pretty simple installation. The product is a little bit pricey but if it lasts that would be great. The other products I've purchased just don't last but a couple of years.

We received the product a week ago. It's up and running and still fine-tuning it.

I found their website hard to order from. All I wanted to do was place an order as a guest, I don't need an account. This should have been easy but wasn't. After a week with no shipping info, I emailed and was told the order would go out the next day, which it did. The good news is I did receive the shipment.
