Have not used the product yet.

Was advertised as free shipping yet a shipping charge kept showing up on order.

They sat on my order for a week. When it did finally ship, its arrival was when I was out of town in Louisiana, where/when I was to install it. So I didn't get to install it and it cost me $5.00 through UPS to delay the order delivery so that it would not sit on my porch for 3 days and be stolen.

So, not the best first experience.

The instructions for my rain gauge are incredibly difficult to understand. They do not follow a logical sequence, so the user has to figure out what to do first. I think I have it working, but won't know for sure until I complete my mounting outdoors.

I've been trying to make this purchase using Google Chrome and the shopping card would never stop refreshing long enough for me to finish. I finally had to revert to IE.

We haven't had a chance to install the parts yet, so that's why I rated the product satisfaction at a 3.

Good quality unit st a fair price point. Easy setup, works as well ss expected.

Quick delivery and a good package deal

The online ad said that there was free shipping, but I got charged for it anyway. Not happy at all. Even called and left message but never got a call back.

Easy ordering and product worked out of the box. Setting the time/date is a little out dated for 2017.
