Overall good service, but this year it took 6 days to get an online renewal code, whereas last year it took one day. But still good service otherwise.
As this is a Christmas present we don't know how well it works, but so far it has been a good experience.

Glad I found this site! My husband will be totally excited to receive this Weather Station. Our old one ( Weather Wizard----have had for a long, long time!) quit working. Also appreciated the person ( Tom) that I spoke to on the phone to ask some questions about this item.
12/15/2017. Just a follow up comment. We received our order on December 11th and my husband was so excited. He got the weather station installed the next day I think and totally loves it!
