Very disappointed as language in the articles is very biased and has a political slant. It's easy to use the word "science" and claim that what you say is undisputed. This site is not balanced and uses their hand picked studies and "facts" to back up biased opinions.
I am not in field of medicine but I find the subject really fascinating. I have learned a lot about clinical trials (what makes them good or bad), pseudoscience, peer review, infectious disease, cancer, and the basics of pharmaceuticals. If your looking for a site to tell you the real story behind the often poor medical headlines, sciencebasedmedicine is a great start.
