It was easy to order and get my product shipped fast. Never any issues when ordering from Scent Rabbit. If not in stock they will notify you using the notify tool. It was easy for me to obtain a fragrance out of stock. They replenish their stock fast.
Had great experience and will recommend, however, their stock and fragrance variety is a little limited, which they had more brands in stock. One thing I don't like is the amount of emails they send with a coupon code but there aren't many options to use it and when you can it cannot be combines with your rewards.

I ordered. I received email indicating the date it will be delivered. 5 days beyond that date when it was still not received, I contacted SR and they said they have not been notified of any problem by UPS and they can not do anything further at this time. The $175 has already cleared my VISA. I am not happy with their Gen X attitude of just brush it off with "there's really nothing further we can do". Update was that UPS email stated the bottle was missing and box thrown away and that UPS notified SR promptly. When I told SR this, they still denied any knowledge. I'm at wits end with SR. On Monday I will file a claim with VISA.

I placed my order on 8/30, I received a shipping notification on 9/3. Today is 9/6 and UPS says they never received my item. I emailed asking for assistance but nobody has responded (yet). This feels very shady, it's my first time ordering from this company and I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a perfume from Scent Rabbit that I couldn't buy in Australia. The process was easy and it arrived from Texas to South Australia 6 days after ordering. That's fast, and it arrived in perfect condition.
The item I had ordered was priced very well but unfortunately seemed to have not reflected stock on the site. After checking with me and the warehouse, the item was found and shipped very quickly. I appreciated the personal contact instead of outright cancelling the order.
