There are no negatives I can say, only positives.

The scent is a perfect match, my wife's happy. This shipping was fast. Customer service kept me updated without me having to ask a single question and followed u p after delivery even. I am a customer for life now, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for that perfume which they remember and cannot find anymore because it's not being produced anymore.

I just wanted to give you some positive feedback regarding my recent purchase with your company. I was so pleased to learn that your company does not conduct testing on animals! (Product is vegan!)That is why I decided to go ahead with the purchase. It was also a nice personal touch to have a name engraved on the bottle (as this order was a gift) I was pleasantly surprised to receive update emails through every step of the process! Your company certainly is all about 'Customer Service!' When my sister received her gift, she was elated and said she couldn't stop smelling her fragrance (Tuxedo) and also commented on the nice packaging.

As soon as I received my bottle of a match to Safari for men by Ralph Lauren I noticed there was floating debris and a hair floating inside the liquid! They claim to respond to emails within an hour, 24 hours at the most. I have been emailing for days without a response. They also deleted my comments, pictures and videos off their Facebook page. All I wanted was a refund because debris and hair inside a cologne bottle is disgusting. I am disappointed and now angry they wont help me with this problem. There is no quality control in their matching/blending process it seems.

Scentmatchers is amazing. I never thought I would ever have Absinthe by Christian LaCroix by Avon again. But Scentmatchers did it. The first bottle I ordered wasn't the right fragrance, a bit too light. I emailed Erica and they worked on a new bottle for me. They shipped it out and once I opened it, I knew, this was it! It's perfect, the Absinthe I remembered. And FYI, the bottles are huge! Even the original Avon bottle is smaller than Scentmatchers, so it's worth the price. They are true to their word in making the second bottle and shipping it for free, that's something that means a lot to me. I ended up giving my first bottle to my coworker who prefers light scented perfume, so they've made two ladies very happy! I will definitely order again and have recommended to all my friends. Thank you!

I have going on month #2 of my saga with Scentmatchers. At first I thought this was the answer to my discontinued fragrance prayers but it is actually a nightmare. Had I done my research I would have never chosen this company! After waiting several weeks for my order to ship and finally getting a tracking number; I was elated to soon expect my order but this elation was short lived. I checked the tracking number daily only to see that my package has never left Pontiac, MI. I sent several emails and after 2 weeks inquired about a refund only to be told that I can only receive a refund after I send the package back to scentmatchers. Humm. That would be difficult if I never receive it!?!? I was sent another email saying that they have contacted USPS and my package will be delivered but ground shipping takes 2-3 weeks.

So before I go postal and file fraud complaints with my bank, visa, BBB and the FTC; I decided to open an investigation with the USPS first. The conversation with them was nothing short of eye opening. Not only was I made aware that no other inquiries were made regarding my tracking number (essentially making them liars) but the whole premise for ground shipping is unbelievably false. In fact the woman said, "what is so combustible in 3.4 oz that they can't ship air? I just ordered Marc Jacobs perfume from Amazon and it was delivered to my house from across the country in 2 days!" It actually made me think well. Your right, all the fragrance companies ship fast, wth!

Since I am not ever going to receive my order or a refund, as I have tried to contact customer support over and over again with no resolution; I will let every avenue of consumer protection assist me in ensuring that this doesn't happen to someone else!
